Welcome to Sunrise Transitional Services

Sunrise Transitional Services is a provider of Leaving and Aftercare Services working with the Local Authorities in the day to day care and support of young people.

Sunrise provides comprehensive 24 hour supported accommodation for young people aged between 16 to 18 years old and Leaving Care Outreach Services for young people aged 17 to 22 years old.

At Sunrise we provide stable living environments where staff work with young people to enable and empower them to meet their development needs through the use of individual assessment, support, guidance and opportunities, they explore and address individual needs with a comprehensive and bespoke care plan.

Our consideration and highly regarded experience of children’s services offers Local Authorities and social workers safe and immediate solutions when seeking to accommodate young people, especially those where personal circumstance or behaviour has previously made them more difficult to place.

The delivery of outstanding services which protect and ensure Positive Outcomes for young people is our priority and at the forefront of our practice.
