All services delivered within Sunrise Transitional Services have a primary aim of achieving Positive Outcomes for young people transitions to independence by successfully meeting their immediate and long terms needs. Through the development of bespoke Care Plans, pathway plans, specialist interventions and appropriate support mechanisms young people will be fully prepared and equipped with the skills and confidence to manage their lives when they leave care.

Sunrise Transitional Services provides a range of accommodation and support services to help young people in their transition to adulthood.

We work in partnership with local authorities to develop tailored packages of support to meet the needs of the individual young person.
