Sunrise Transitional Services provides semi-independent accommodation alongside practical structured support for young adults aged 18–25.

Sunrise has over 10 years of experience supporting young adults to develop independence, build confidence, and move towards positive long-term outcomes.
We work in partnership with local authorities, education providers, health professionals, and community services to provide accommodation and structured support that promotes sustainable progression.
We offer a stable and supportive environment where young adults can build confidence, develop practical life skills, and make steady progress in a way that is realistic and sustainable.
Our service is for young adults who are ready to take the next steps, with support that is clearly planned, regularly reviewed, and shaped around their individual needs.

Supporting young adults to move into education, training, or employment is a key part of our service.
Sunrise provides semi-independent support that is flexible, needs-led, and informed by individual assessments and agreed support plans.
Support focuses on developing the practical skills and confidence needed for adult life and independent living.
Sunrise provides 24-hour support availability, meaning help is always accessible when needed.

Gaining Hands on Experience
Supported and Paid Work Experience Opportunities
Sunrise operates Sunrise Moving & Cleaning, a voluntary employability pathway offering supported and paid work experience opportunities for young adults living at Sunrise or receiving support from our service.
Participation in the employability pathway is voluntary and based on individual readiness and risk assessment. Young adults involved are supported by trained, DBS-checked staff at all times.
Accommodation is intended to feel like a home, not a placement.
Young adults living at Sunrise will have:

Access to shared kitchens and living spaces (depending on the property).
Their own private bedroom
Equipped with essential furniture: a bed, ample storage, and a workspace.
